Get Your RGA Number

We'll send you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Think of it as your official return ticket — every return needs one.

Send It Back in 30 Days

Pack your item securely and ship it back within 30 days of your invoice date. After that, we may not be able to accept it.

Refund is Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply on eligible items.

Policy Rules at a Glance

  • 30-Day Return Window — Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your invoice date. Requests after this window may be declined.
  • RGA Number is Required — Every return must include a Return Goods Authorization number. Contact us before shipping to receive yours.
  • 20% Restocking Fee — A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to eligible returns to help cover handling and inspection costs.
  • No Policy Abuse — TAAF Trade reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any refund request deemed to be misusing this policy.
  • Always Contact Us First — Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
